    I have to be fair. If you haven't received my emails then fair enough. In any event that I have been in the shop whomever I have dealt with has been very courteous and helpful. Maybe i it has been a bit of a knee jerk reaction as I do a lot of my shopping online due to where I live. I have always been happy with the in house service ever since the day's you were in Rosemount and I am not put off by my email experience and would still use your shop as I would rather use a family run business local business over a national based chain any day. I am now studying computing at college so I foresee more business coming your way in the future to upgrade my PC.

    AVOID. Gave me my computer back without the box and power supply and with it set to boot from floppy. As anybody knows, it wouldn't boot up as it had to be set to boot from disk. I had to go back in and ask for the PSU and box and set the computer to boot from disk myself after figuring out why it wouldn't boot. This means that the computer had not been restarted by the shop to check that it was working properly. Also treated me like an idiot. I've had computers since the 1980s and the guy smirked as he explained to me that there were "moving parts in a hard drive." No more business from me. I notice the shop is half the size it used to be and it seems to be mostly empty when I pass.
