    Unprofessional! Terrible after sales service. Never get your flooring done here!!! Only good for a simple purchase of a piece of furtiture if you absolutely must. But if you will need them to follow up on anything DONT USE THEM. I dont quite know where to start so I'll try to keep it very brief. Lied to, let down, never responded to, did not comunicate to the actual flooring guy what was going on, they left me high and dry with no help the day they devided to tell me my flooring would be a week late which meant i had to try to reschedule a 40ft container from the USA, they failed to even do an accurate inspection which left extra ply due for a refund which to this day they have yet to call me back about. And I left the door open for them to come back to me with some apology or follow up but nothing. I felt totally ignored throughout and so they deserve this report. I would never reccommend them for flooring. Go to cosy carpets instead. Or use a professional firm like John Lewis.

    Was sold a damaged product. Coffee table top glass with chipped edges, tv unit with scratches and after that had to wait more than 4 weeks to just get a conclusive reply from Gillies. Very poor customer service and highly overpriced.
