    Extremely disappointing experience today. My partner had ordered a bike on Sunday and we arrived this evening to collect it. After hearing about how great my partners experience was and him explaining to the assistant that I too was looking for a bike, the assistant encouraged us both to come in when my partner was collecting his bike and they would help get me one too. Unfortunately the helpful assistants only seem to work on a Sunday. Today we were ignored for at least 10 minutes in the shop, when finally someone asked if they could help, we were left waiting for another 5 (we have no problem waiting as long as the service we receive there after is good). We were however rushed out of the shop and made to feel like an inconvenience. My partner expressed an interest in a helmet, this seemed like a hassle to the sale assistant, once he reluctantly explained the difference between a couple, my partner chose one and asked to buy it. The helmet he wanted wasn't available new, only the one of the shelf or a different colour, the assistant couldn't be more unhelpful if he tried. We decided we would order it outrselves online and get the colour wanted new. My partner paid, had the service explained to him and he thanked the assistant- the assistant didn't even bother to say thank you in return! Had my partner not had put a deposit down on the bike I would have walked out completely. Extremely awful service and shame really as we had gone in to purchase a second bike and accessories.
