    I had issues with a retainer which was fitted in their Edinburgh branch which has subsequently closed. Phoned the Aberdeen branch to find out what was in place for their existing Edinburgh customers and the response was "i don't know, nothing". Will now have to fork out money to get a retainer fixed which was never right in the first place.
