  The absolute worst company I've ever dealt with. I live in Aberdeen and was meant to be getting an item picked up from Currys Inverness on Friday and sent to me next day (Saturday). On Saturday Currys (NOT UKMail) phoned me to say nobody had been in to pick up the item - so I phoned UKMail. After being on hold and going through automated response, etc, they said sorry, someone will definitely get it today (Saturday). I phoned currys 5 minutes before closing at 8pm to see if somebody had got it, they said no. I phoned UK Mail and they said they don't do pick up on Saturdays - I said somebody earlier had said they do. They said it was a mistake and they will instead pick up the item on Monday. Monday evening came, Currys called me to say they were closing and nobody had been all day, I phoned UKMail, they said they're not sure what's going on and that they'll email the depo to ask why they've not collected it. Tuesday morning I phoned UKMail to ask what was happening, they said no idea, the depo didn't email them back. I said what can I do at my end, they said nothing, they'll email the depo again. I gave my number and said to call me when they hear. At 2pm I got a call from UK mail saying "I'm on the phone to the depo - Is the collection address a residence or a shop?" I said "A shop...?", she said "Okay thanks" and hung up. I waited until I finished work at 5pm, phoned UKMail and asked the status of my parcel - she said she's not sure, it's still not been collected and she'll email the depo. I said why? Someone you work with phoned me earlier WHILST on the phone to the depo, why didn't they update my case notes, she said no idea, shes very sorry, she'll email the depo again, etc. I said her apologies were no good to me, not only has my delivery date been and gone, the parcel hasn't even been picked up AND nobody knows why, or when it will be! So I asked to speak to a manager. A guy called Daniel came on, saying he wasn't a manager but he'll try help me. He did some digging and found out that despite me being in Aberdeen and the parcel being in Inverness, the UKMail IT system had an issue and it turns out my parcel request has been sent to the Slough depo in England (???) hence why nobody has picked up my parcel, as Slough branch would've seen they had to drive to Inverness to deliver a parcel to Aberdeen and decided not to. Also every time UKMail said they were emailing a depo it was automatically emailing Slough as that's where their system thought the email should go. I phoned this morning and they confirmed my parcel has finally been picked up from Inverness at midday. The next issue is it is now coming tomorrow - I'm not off work tomorrow and can't take it off, as I took Monday off for it, when it was originally meant to be getting delivered. Judging from all the above reviews I take it when I miss tomorrow's parcel I'm going to have an absolute nightmare getting it. Bottom line is, and I cannot stress this enough, do NOT use this company. I really can't fault the call centre staff, they've all been polite and tried to help (despite none, except Daniel, actually managing to do so). There just isn't the infrastructure in place for this company to be successful: > They're almost impossible to get hold of; > When you do reach them it's a call centre; > The call centre has no sway over actual parcels at all, they just have to be middle-men, phoning the relevant depo; > If they can't reach the depo there is LITERALLY nothing they can do, they just apologise and say they'll try phone the depo again, and again, and again. I wish I'd looked up these reviews prior to using them. I can guarantee I will never use them again.

  This company is a joke. They can't deliver as they can't find me strange as they were delivering across the road yesterday Stay clear if you want your delivery yo arrive
