    The guys were really nice. My car's MOT failed the first time, and they advised me t use an oxycat additive, which, I think improved the performance of my engine. But when I went for the retest, I came to know the first time the emissions test was done wrongly, as for BMW you have to select specific engine type (e90, e46 etc..) to get the correct settings in the testing computer. The guy doing the retest put the correct settings in the emission test computer, and my car passed the emission test with flying colours. Any ways I got the discounted price for the MOT + the extra £20 for oxycat additive, so I have no complaints except the hassle to go again into Halfords for the retest.

    Had my front brake pads and rotors replaced. I needed to return the following day to have an installation problem rectified and was impressed by the immediate attention given to rectify the problem which included them lending me a courtesy car to enable me to carry out some business. Top marks to John and the mechanics for their courtesy and prompt attention.
